Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED accepted

Valid Arizona photo ID and proof of residency required

Current BLS certification, drug test, and TB screening

Fingerprint clearance card (must pass background check)

Step 1: Submit concern to your instructor

Step 2: Escalate to the School Director or Conduct Committee

Step 3: Appeal to the Arizona Board of Nursing if necessary

Total training requirement: 120 hours (60 theory / 20 lab / 40 clinical)

Strict punctuality; late arrivals may result in absence

Make-up hours available at $25/hour if needed

Wear EVNA navy scrub uniform and closed-toe safety shoes

Minimal jewelry; hair tied back; no gum chewing

Must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times

Full refund allowed within 3 days, minus a $200 registration fee and $25 processing fee

After the grace period, refunds are pro-rated based on used training hours

Registration fee is non-refundable if you do not complete the course
